30-day returns
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging. No restocking fee applies.
How to request a return

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs can help us assess the problem. We cover return shipping where the issue is our error, damage or a defect. The ordinary unused-item and original-packaging requirements do not prevent you from reporting these issues. Contact us to arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund as applicable.
Return shipping
For a change of mind, you pay the return shipping cost. For our errors, damaged or defective products, we pay the return shipping cost. Please obtain instructions before shipping, including for international returns to France.
Refunds
Approved refunds include the product amount and any applicable tax, with no restocking fee. Once approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need help with a refund.
